1. Who we are

CSCS Register, Arnhemseweg 2, 3817CH Amersfoort, The Netherlands, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

2. What we collect

  • Identity: name, date of birth, photo (where required for a card).
  • Contact: email, phone number, delivery address.
  • Application: National Insurance number, CITB test details, qualifications, existing card number.
  • Payment: handled by our payment provider — we do not store full card numbers.
  • Technical: IP address, browser type, basic usage analytics.

3. Why we use it

To process and submit your CITB/CSCS application, to contact you about your booking, to take payment, to meet our legal and accounting obligations, and to improve our service.

4. Who we share it with

CITB, CSCS and approved test centres so your application can be processed; our payment provider; and IT, hosting and email service providers acting on our behalf. We do not sell your personal data.

5. How long we keep it

We retain application data for as long as needed to provide the service and to comply with legal obligations (typically up to 7 years for financial records).

6. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Contact us to exercise these rights. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
