1. About us
These terms govern your use of the CSCS Register website and services. CSCS Register ("we", "us", "our") is operated from Arnhemseweg 2, 3817CH Amersfoort, The Netherlands. We are an independent booking agent and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to CSCS, CITB, or any government body.
2. Our service
We help you book CITB Health, Safety & Environment tests and apply for, renew, or replace CSCS cards. Our fee covers the administration and submission of your application on your behalf. The official test and card fees set by CITB/CSCS are included in your booking price unless stated otherwise.
3. Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate, complete information when submitting an application. Incorrect details (name, date of birth, address, qualifications) can delay or invalidate your booking. You are responsible for meeting any eligibility requirements for the card or test you apply for.
4. Payment
Payment is taken at the time of submission. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. If we cannot process your application we will refund the official fee portion; our administration fee is non-refundable once work has begun.
5. Cancellations & changes
You may cancel your booking within 14 days of purchase for a refund of the official fee portion, provided we have not yet submitted your application to CITB/CSCS. Once submitted, the booking is non-refundable.
6. Liability
We are not liable for delays caused by CITB, CSCS, test centres, postal services or any third party. To the maximum extent permitted by law our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant booking.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.
